WORKSHOP SPONSORSHIP DESCRIPTION The sponsor is responsible... 1. To arrange and pay round trip airfare for consultant.
2. To provide transportation between airport and
course site as well as airport 3. To provide direction to and from location and hotel if needed, or to arrange pick up and drop off for consultant between hotel and course site. 4. To arrange direct billing limited to room and meals only through hotel. 5. To duplicate all course handouts and provide A-V equipment that is in good working order, along with workshop space, demonstration -demonstration patients, and therapy equipment. 6. To handle publication and processing costs for workshop. 7. To pay the consultant on the last day of the course.
