United Cerebral Palsy of Central Arizona was proud to
be sponsoring the third Handprints' mini-series workshop
on March 14th, 2007. - Our author, Valerie Pieraccini, is
collaborating with the University of
Tennessee Health Science Center to
determine the need for a qualitative
hand skill assessment of children from birth to six years of age. If
you are an occupational therapist, please participate in the

Recent Author Publication
- Handprints' author Valerie Pieraccini wrote the April 2002 feature article for Special Child. The article, Improving Your Child's Hand Skills Using Vertical Surfaces, teaches parents about the importance of providing vertical surfaces for their child during hand play.
